She is survived by: her son Phil Douglas (Cynthia); her husband Willie Quarles; her children, Price Quarles (Cindi) and Patti Quarles (Steve); her grandchildren, Kana, Kari, Chancy, Pryor, Jared and Amber; her great grandchildren, Cole, Carter, Chloe, Cayla, Hadley, Henry, Blake and Ty; and her brother Jerry Blazer. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
