He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles "Ott" Deatherage and Florence Deatherage (Benander); his son Michael Deatherage; his grandsons, Mitchell and Torrey Deatherage; his sister Mary Jane Poole; his nephew Steve Poole; and his nieces, Susan Garrison (Poole) and Marda Vida (Poole).
He is survived by: his wife Alice Deatherage; his son Scott Deatherage (Sherri) of Spokane, WA; his grandchildren, Ashley Deatherage of Ventura, CA and Amanda Deatherage of Spokane, WA; his great grandchildren, Alexys Deatherage of Liberty Lake, WA, Dyllan Deatherage of Spokane, WA and Lilyan Deatherage of Spokane, WA; and his great great grandchild Victoria "Tori" Deatherage.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church. The inurnment will be held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at the Fort Lyon National Cemetery.
