He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Evans and Naoma Opal Van Egmond (Warner); his brother Richard "Dick" Van Egmond; and his grandson Ty Schale. He is survived by: his wife Reba Fay Van Egmond of Las Animas, Colorado; his children, Charles Van Egmond (Paula) of Las Animas, Larissa Hawkins (Joe) of Las Animas and Jerri Lynn Magana (Justin) of Windsor, Colorado; his grandchildren, Kendall, Megan, Jaycee Van Egmond, Joseph Hawkins, Maks, Molli, Maizie Magana, Zilynn Hawkins, Zach Mooney, Briana Van Egmond, Thomas Walton, Sophia Salinas and Cody Van Egmond; his brother Charles Garber of Harrah, Oklahoma; and his uncle Dean Warner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
