He is survived by: his wife Candace Clark; his mother Hazel Dunham (Rick); his children, Brittany Clark, Elizabeth Hicks, Cody Clark, Allison Clark, Rachel Henley and Samantha Clark; and his brother Anthony Clark. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
