She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence C. Murray; her husband Clem Edward Cook; her son Mitchell Cook; her grandson Jeffrey; her great grandchild Kingston; and her siblings, Estel Murray, Raymond Murray, Lawrence "Jim" Murray, Joe Murray, Jerry Schibbelhut, Lavern Moore, Evelyn Zinn, Loretta Murray, Anna Brown and Vonda Swink.
She is survived by: her children, Michal Cook (Sheryl) of Pueblo, Carrie Muniz (David) of Pueblo, Connie Childers (Darrell) of Alamosa and David Thomas Cook of Pueblo; and her siblings, Helen Harper, Vada Murray, Sam Murray and Gery Swink (Herman Jr.). She is also survived by 118 foster sons and daughters; seven grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
