It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald G. Beuthel of Las Animas, Colorado, born in Boise, Idaho, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Beuthel and Elsa Beuthel; and his brothers, Earl Beuthel, Carl Beuthel and Ellengail Mapes Beuthel.
He is survived by: his spouse Ellengail Mapes; his sons, Charlie (Margie) and Jim (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Ryan Specht (Amy), J. C. Beuthel, Corinne Rantala (Brian) and Erica Beuthel. He is also survived by 5 greatgrandchildren.
