He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Sperry (Judy) of Virginia; his significant other Judith Sue Bowser (Judy); his children, Debbie, Jeremy Scott (Michelle) of Ft. Collins and Debra Ann Parks Clay (Brandon) of Laramie, WY.; his grandchildren, Colby Clay, Kallee Parks, Camree Parks, Hailee Chavez, Marcus Chavez-Parks and Emilee Chavez (Andrew White); and his siblings, Jim Parks (Margaret), Margalou Reardon (LeRoy) and Sylvia Hoover (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
