He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Betty Lewis and Ed Lewis; his pet Darrell; his wife Pat Lewis; his sisters, Sue (William Becker) and Diane (Thomas DeLong); his siblings-in-law, Sandi Sebastian, Greg Hulecki (Cindy) and Phillip Hulecki; his nieces and nephews, Sirena (Dan Dudgeon), Hilary (Tony Kukla), Stefonie Sebastian, Lacy Hulecki, Beth Blumer, Morgan, Meredith Hulecki, Andrew Hulecki, Andrew Becker and Jon DeLong; his great-nieces, Didi and Ruby Dudgeon; and his pet Frisbee.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that a donation is made to Colorado Parks & Wildlife.
