She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George and Springs of Colorado; her sons, Bill (Margaret) and Doug (Jan); her husband Fred Heustis; and her daughter DeAnne "Dee". She was also cherished by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and numerous dear friends.
This amazing woman vividly remembered the Great Depression and her dad growing and selling pinto beans to keep the family fed and healthy, the Dust Bowl with the high winds and choking dust that swept the state, the beginning and end of World War II, and now, 75 years later, the Coronavirus Pandemic.
