He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Herrera and Maria Dorotea Herrera (Garnica); and his siblings, Jose Herrera, Manuel Herrera, Juan Herrera, Delores Vargas and Jesus Herrera, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Janette Garcia (Michael) of Brighton, CO, Matthew Herrera (Lindsay) of Pueblo West, CO, Leon Herrera (Stacy) of Pueblo, CO, Rudy Herrera (Jackie) of Pueblo West, CO and Veronica Chavez (Rick) of Pueblo West, CO; and his siblings, Tony Herrera (Ana) of Lamar, CO and Mary Ramos of Lamar, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
