She was predeceased by: her parents, Henio Montez and Mary Montez (Andrade); her grandparents, Josephine and Vincent Andrade; her aunt Rosie Garcia; her uncles, Vincent, Eddie and Angel Andrade; and her brother Henio Montez Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Shannon McCulloch (Ron) of Lakewood, CO and Angela Eye of Lamar, CO; her grandsons, Zachary McCulloch and Dexter Eye; and her siblings, Richard Montez (Rosa) of Washington, Robert Montez (Carolyn) of Wiley, CO, Sally Smith of Burlington, CO and Deann Ortiz of Lamar, CO. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
