He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fritz and Mildred Fritz (Johnston); his brother Francis Fritz; and his sister-in-law Linda Fritz. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Fritz; his sons, Gary Fritz of Hooper, Loren Fritz (Paula) of Monte Vista and Randy Fritz (Jerri) of Las Animas, Colorado; his grandchildren, Brittany, Jessica, Robin, Alan, Troy, Rachael, Cheyanna, Annastasia, Rowdy and Kadence; and his sister Virginia Moody of Las Animas, Colorado. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Fort Lyon National Cemetery (15700 Co Rd HH, Las Animas, CO 81054).
