We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2023, at the age of 88, Pete Bouwens of Lamar, Colorado, born in Wabeno, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Raymond and Myrtle Carolyn Bouwens (Johnson); his son Kerry Bouwens; and his siblings, Delores "Alice" Holbrook and Bernard "Bob" Bouwens.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Bouwens Hill and Mike Bouwens (Lynda); his grandchildren, Alec Wilke, Tanner Wilke, Drew Bouwens, Hayli Bouwens and Ethan Bouwens; his great grandchildren, Issac and Nathan; and his siblings, Kenny Bouwens, Dennis Bouwens (Vickie) and Lora Green. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
