She was predeceased by: her father Gerald William Truitt (late Lloyd Saldana); her sisters, Karen Merrill and Sara Truitt; and her grandparents, Wilmer, Lissie Hays, Charley and Ella Truitt.
She is survived by: her mother Virginia Rose Truitt (Hays) of Lamar, CO; her children, Tessa Navarrette (Tony) of Lamar, CO, Erica Palacios (Cass) of Yuma, AZ, Jason Saldana of Lamar, CO and Joshua Saldana of Lamar, CO; her grandchildren, Anthony Navarrette of Lamar, CO, Daniel Navarrette (Shy) of Lamar, CO, Nicholas Navarrette of Lamar, CO, Shawn Saldana of Yuma, AZ, Brayden Palacios of Yuma, AZ, Morgan Saldana of Colorado Springs, CO, Isaac Orozco of Colorado Springs, CO and Jayce Saldana of Lamar; her great grandchildren, Londyn and Liam Navarrette; her siblings, Deon Truitt (Susan) of Cotopaxi, CO and Marla Truitt; and her pet Mowgli. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
