He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Mosher and Geneva Mosher (Emick); and his sister Judy Mosher. He is survived by: his significant other Sandy Valero; his children, Brenda Orozco and Brian Mosher (Chad); his grandsons, Matt and Josh Orozco; and his sister Diana Shelton (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
