He was predeceased by: his parents, Wid Omar and Imogene Neibert, Sr. (Redd); and his sister Helen. He is survived by: his wife Rita Neibert; and his sons, Mike Neibert (Lana) of Suffolk, VA, Jeff Neibert of Burlington, CO and Mark Neibert (Michelle) of Lakewood, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
