He was predeceased by: his parents, Salomon Esparza and Rufina Maldonado. He is survived by: his wife Antonia Esparza; his children, Manuela Saldana (Fernando) of Lamar, CO, Anthony Esparza (Allison) of Raton, Violeta Puente (Santos) of Lamar, CO, Jose Esparza (Nichole) of Lamar, CO, Marcos Esparza (Annissa) of Lamar, CO and Cecilia Esparza of Lamar, CO; his grandchildren, Jose Adan Esparza (America), Monica, Aracely and Sofia Saldana; his children, Antonio Esparza, Lucero, Rocio, Daleyza Puente, Maliky, Riley, Jensen, Kylynn, Angel, Dayanera, Addyson, Dayzee, Xenissie, Uneeke Esparza, Carlos, Antonia Riveva, Daniel and Cali Esparza; and his brothers, Manuel Esparza Maldonado and Rosario Esparza Maldonado.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Peacock Funeral Home (209 S 4th St, Lamar, CO 81052).
