He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Mayhew and Ida H. Mayhew (Sinka). He is survived by: his wife Shana Mayhew; his children, Ben Mayhew of Wiley, CO, Tona Arnold (Terry) of Inman, KS, Casey Maurio (Matt) of Denver, CO and Jesse Bohlim (Al) of Brighton, CO; his grandchildren, Braxton Mayhew, Raya Peters (Adam), Dalton Arnold, Colton Arnold (Joanna), Hudson Maurio, Sutton Maurio and Tate Bohlim; his great grandchildren, Aspen Arnold, Lily Arnold, Boston Peters, Eli Peters and Camden Arnold; and his sister Becky Noble (Vernon) of Cibolo, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
