With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Abdulla of Lamar, Colorado, born in Las Animas, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 12, 2024 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his father John Abdulla; his grandparents, Floyd and Angela Medina; his mother-in-law Sue Bewley; his stepmother Sharon Abdulla; his brother Anthony Abdulla; and his brother-in-law Dee Bewley.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Abdulla (Medina); his significant other Deb Abdulla; his children, Angela Magaña (Allen), Leah Reed (Houston), Laura LaBarge (Chad) and Andrew Abdulla (Anna); his grandchildren, Haley, Cory, Bubba, Leticia, Ally, Edgar, Olivia, Austin, Chanel, Bryan, Johnnie, Ava and Luke; and his siblings, Sandra Magaña (Jesse), Kristina Soto, Lisa Medina-Martinez, Matt Abdulla and Troy Abdulla (Crystal). He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
