He is survived by: his daughter Eiza Chacon of McClave, CO; his mother Letisia Garcia; his siblings, Alonzo Lozano (Sanee Lincoln) and Karina Lozano (Shane Aguilera); his nephew Aliyas Aguilera; and his grandparents, Maximina Dominguez and Victor Garcia of Lamar, CO. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and a host of friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Jazziel Garcia Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home office.
