We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2024, at the age of 64, Donald Downing (Lamar, Colorado), born in Denver, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ivan Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Joy Downing; his children, Tyler Downing (Samantha) of Walsh, CO and Kaely Wilger (Rob) of Carlton, CO; his grandchildren, Caden, Cheyenne, Maddox, Blake, Brock, Aria and Taya; his siblings, Linda Garver (Steve) of Milliken, CO, Mike Downing (Berta) of Lamar, CO and Sandy Brown (Mike) of Littleton, CO; his mothers-in-law, Fran Ricks and Becky Nichols; and his sisters-in-law, Dee Sedillo and Sue Davis (Scott). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home.
