With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene Murdock of Lamar, Colorado, born in Boise City, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 18, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fredrick and Alma Nadine Hiner (Mullins); her husband Richard Hougham; her son Justin W. Murdock; her stepson Tanner Hougham; and her grandchildren, Jason Lease and Tara Jo Burk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy D. Delarosa of Lamar, CO and Billie J. Peterson (Laning) of Eads, CO; her stepdaughter Jessica Hougham (Carrie Rico); her grandchildren, Bianca Hernandez, Juan Marin (Nuvia Flores), Daulton Burk (Tasha), Joseph Peterson (Jessica Dieterle), Acacia Truitt (Cody), Tyson Murdock, Damien Rico and Marcos Rico; and her brother Rocky Hiner (Cindy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Darlene Murdock Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home office.
