Charlie E. Simmons Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2024, at the age of 80, Charlie E. Simmons of Lamar, Colorado, born in Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Chase Simmons and Janie Ruth Simmons (Humphreys); and his siblings, Ray Simmons, Roy Simmons and Linda Warn.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Simmons; his children, Chad Simmons (Glenda) of Lindale, TX and Ryan Simmons of Lamar, CO; his grandchildren, Aaron Simmons-Navarrette (Taylor) of Castle Rock, CO and Shelby Simmons (Jimmie Sims) of Bowling Green, KY; his great grandchild Jesrael Ivory Rose Sims of Bowling Green, KY; and his sister Janette Gostings of Owasso, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Charlie Simmons memorial fund in care of the funeral home office and/or Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home.
