He was predeceased by: his parents, George P. Mentch and Charlotte Edwards Mentch; his wife Shirley; and his daughters, Cynthia English and Debra Ackerman.
He is survived by: his son Ron G.; his grandchildren, Ashley English, Anthony English, Amanda Ackerman and River Mentch; and his sister Doris Sell.
