She is survived by: her husband Pete; her children, Michael Wortham (Michelle), Rocklyn Wortham and Cindy Lewis (Steven); her grandchildren, Jennifer Kannegieter (Josh), Michelle Escamilla, Jessica Mastellar (Alex), Stephanie Wortham, Randilyn Volk (Gordon), Sara Fitzgerald (Trevor), Marshall Cornelius (Christine) and Codi Wortham (Josh Stofferahan); and her brothers, Robert Garlock of Washington and Donald Garlock of Arizona. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
