He is survived by: his sister Cynthia Kay Maxon Roberts (Earl Conrad Roberts); his nieces and nephews, ChrisPne Mae, Amy NaneKe, Dennis Earl and Michael Anthony; his sister Betsy Marie Maxon Davis (Kenneth Richard); his nieces, Melissa Marie, Erin Jessica, Tiffany Rose, Marcia Jean Maxon Bieroth (Dennis), Jennifer Ellen and Cara Rose; and his nephew Casey William.
