He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Bell and Robert Byron Bell. He is survived by: his close friend Dianne Cordova; his daughter Lisa Beerbower; his son-in-law Christopher Beerbower; his son Gregory Bell; his daughter-in-law Deirdre Bell; his grandchildren, Sidamo Bell, Scarlett Beerbower, Nora Bell, Memphis Beerbower and Elliott Bell; his brothers, Rodger (Cathy Bell) and Rick (Mary Bell); and his former wife Cathy Washburn.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Colorado Parks & Wildlife.
