She was predeceased by: her daughter Jola. She is survived by: her husband Witold; her daughter Grace; her grandchildren, Brian (Andrea) and Hannah; and her brothers, Casey (Helen) and Alphonse (Anna). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Regina's family requests memorial donations be made to the Senior Resource Center, which provided love and kindness during her visits.
