He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Gerald and Rubye Charlotte Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Peterson; his daughters, Wendy Allan (Craig), Debbie Kampman (Roger) and Becky Berry (Steve); his grandchildren, Nick Bartholomew, Steven Bartholomew, Alexis Haines and Kayla Haines; and his siblings, Jan Peterson, Gene Peterson, Joel Peterson and Jolene Bradford.

In lieu of flowers donations suggested to the American Stroke Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231.
