He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Welbourn; his sister Linda; and his father Herbert Welbourn. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Ronni Welbourn, Dana Berg (Jared), Shayne Dudley (Christen) and Cori Holloway (Mike); and his siblings, Greg Welbourn (Kimberly) and Pam Kogar (Huck). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 7 great- grandchildren.
