She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hilfers and Helen Hilfers (Loger); her husband Stanley A. Van Putten; and her siblings, John Hilfers, Hank Hilfers, Mae Ebbenga and Beverly Pashina.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Johnson (Dave), Robin Nelson (Brad) and Kris McAllister (Steve); her grandchildren, Samantha Duggan (Sean), Joe Nelson, Carrie McAllister and Bryan McAllister; and her great grandchild Connor Duggan. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Green Mountain Presbyterian Church (12900 W Alameda Pkwy, Lakewood, CO 80228).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Green Mountain Presbyterian Church.
