Shick (Johnson); his siblings, Andrew (Gaylari), Tammy Olsen (Dee), Heather Buckles (Jay), Michelle Lines (Clay), Tiffany Walpole (David) and Julie Hill (David); and his pet Sheila. He is also survived by 24 nieces and nephews and three great nephews.
