He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Linstead Maher and Thomas J. Maher, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Marie Molinary of Lafayette, CO, Colleen Maher (Tracy Walter) and Jim Maher (Kristy); and his nieces and nephews, Doug Maher (Leigh), Bobby Molinary (Kendra), Kevin Maher (Kate), Matt Maher (Shannon), Kathy Riley (Mike), Kris Molinary (Dave Mason) and Michelle Maher DeRosa (Tony). He is also survived by 15 great nieces & nephews and many loving cousins and friends.
