He is survived by: his mother Cynthia; his wife Samantha; his sons, Andrew and Christopher; his brothers, Eric (Megan) and Matthew (Melissa); his parents-in-law, Richard and Rhonda; and his siblings-in-law, Luke (Summer) and Taryn (Jeff). He is also survived by his two nieces and five nephews.
