He is survived by: his son Jason Carter (April) of Lafayette, TN; his grandchildren, Tyler Carter (Ashlea) of Lafayette, TN, Austin Carter (Kaleigh) of Lafayette, TN, Trevor Carter of Bowling Green, KY and Adriana Carter of Cookeville, TN; his great grandchildren, Abbie Dickson and Chase Carter; and his siblings, Mary Nethery (Joe) of Middleton, Indiana and Carl Carter of Anderson, Indiana.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (2106 Cookeville Hwy, Livingston, TN 38570). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
