She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Wollenhaupt and Barbara Wollenhaupt (Thomas) of Englewood; and her siblings, Lynda Wollenhaupt Prien, Richard "Ric" Wollenhaupt and Peggy Wollenhaupt Proctor.
She is survived by: her husband Dean Ortiz; her sons, Justin Ortiz, Ryan Ortiz and Kevin Ortiz; her daughter-in-law Erika Ortiz; her granddaughters, Chelsea Ortiz and Heather Ortiz; her nephew Ben Proctor (Gabriela Carvalho); her niece Stacey Proctor (Jill Proctor); her great-nephew Calvin Proctor; and her great-nieces, Hadley Proctor and Cecilia Carvalho. She is also survived by mother, loving her children's and grandchildren's friends.
