She is survived by: her former husband Richard Azar of Raton; her sons, Mickey Pugh of Albion and Rickey Pugh of Ute Park; her stepchildren, Gail Porter of Denver, Sherry Huddleston of Bogata, Gaylene Smith of Cuchara and Alan Blakely of La Veta; and her siblings, Kenneth Stull of Hemingford, Tom Stull (Diana) of Albuquerque and Barbara Tschacher (Gary) of Wanette, Oklahoma..
