He is survived by : his mother Lisa Cannone-Smith; his wife Erika Skalberg; his stepfather Richard Smith; his children, Justin Skalberg and Jordan Havens; his stepchildren, Austin Bivens, Kyler Humes and Rayannah Bivens; and his grandchildren, Laney Grace Havens, Kiara Bloodworth, Alistair Bivens, Kairi-Lynn Humes and Cooper Humes.
