He was predeceased by: his father Earl Elizabeth Kaye Rogers; his brother Dick Rogers (Lynn); his former wife Charlotte Rogers (Wolf); his wife Madelyn Wissler (Hart); his sister Ruth; and his son James "Jim".
He is survived by: his siblings, Ethel (Hurbert Furphy), Milo Rogers (Florence), George Rogers (Pearl), Tom Rogers, Betty (Lawrence Baudino), Jeff Rogers (Wiletta) and Edith Majors; his daughter Sandra "Sandy" Leonard; and his grandchildren, Bill Leonard (Tina), Brooke Leonard (Esteban Estrada), J. D. Rogers (Shanda), Kelsey Proctor (Shaun), Mallori Weiss, Lance and Megan Wissler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces and numerous family and friends.
