He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bernarda and Bruno Cruz; and his mother-in-law Debbie Carrillo. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Morgan of La Junta; his children, Stephen and Elena Villarreal of La Junta; his mother Elia Cruz (George Arenas) of Rocky Ford; his siblings, Tenchita Salazar (Daniel) of La Junta, Jocelyn Castaneda of Rocky Ford and Alondra Castaneda of Rocky Ford; and his parents-in-law, Daniel Morgan of Baton Rouge, Matthew Morgan of California and Michelle Meyers of California.
