She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Paul, Edith Johnson, John and Lee McGee. She is survived by: her parent Shirley Ann Johnson (McGee) of La Junta; her husband Rudy B. Madrid; her children, Anthony (Chelsea) of Aurora, Kyle Johnson of La Junta, Levi Wiseman of La Junta and Michael Madrid (Danielle) of Indiana; her grandchildren, Reagan Salas, Waylon Johnson and Adrianna Madrid; her father Donald "Duke" Johnson of La Junta; and her siblings, Donna Johnson of Rocky Ford, Alan Johnson (Anita) of Garden City, KS and Cindy Berlin (Scott) of Arkansas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
