It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verner Lowery Giltner (La Junta, Colorado), born in Pueblo, Colorado, who passed away on November 4, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Giltner and Anna Giltner (Furzi); his brother Louis; and his grandchildren, Tyler and Brittney Collins.
He is survived by: his daughter Candice Collins of La Junta; his grandsons, Brian, Christopher and Levi Collins (Raeann); his great grandchild Skyler; his siblings, Elanna Harger of Tulsa, OK and Margie Kirk of La Junta; his nieces, Whitney Henry (Roy), Stacy Kirk, Shawna Kirk, Jacque Spear and Danielle Hague; his nephew Dwane Giltner; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bently, Trinity and Emery.
