A.) of Meade, KS and Ross Allsworth (Mandy) of La Junta, CO.; his grandchildren, Reese, Ry Clark, Chancy Etbauer, Trell Etbauer (Kaylee), Shade Etbauer (Amy), Shonee Allsworth, Jollene Serna (Carlos), Kaylee Coles, Shayla Blattner (Chuck), Devon Waters, Dillon Allsworth and Dane Allsworth (Kelli Myhre); his sister Kathy Reed; and his great grandchildren, Talon Scheer, Rally, Ridge Etbauer, Sierra Allsworth, Wade Goodrich, Shayle, Isaiah Guillermo, Shauntaye, Dion, Roxann Allsworth, Daniella Vigil, Rowdy, Bryar Coles, Charleigh, Rhett, Olen, Bayler Blattner and Luxton Allsworth.
