He is survived by: his parents, Gary Axtell and Sandy Axtell (Dwyer) of Oakley, KS; his children, Jaiden, Aiden and Zaiden Axtell; his wife Jessica Axtell; his sisters, Tiffany Satra of Lamar, CO. and Amanda Axtell of Lamar, CO.; and his grandparents, Lorraine Bupp (Mike) of Wichita, KS and Don Dwyer (Deb) of Kit Carson, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
