He is survived by: his parents, Glen Schwinger and Kathryn Walkinshaw Schwinger; his children, Kevin Ingland (Danette) of Loveland, James Ingland (Gina) of San Jose, CA and Deva Lynn; his grandchildren, Tim Rosesis, Cody, Tyler, Kaitlyn Ingland, Emily Bennett, Emmelia Ashton, Maura Ashton and Leeanna See; and his siblings, James Schwinger (Charyl) of Pueblo, Richard Schwinger (Marion) of Shirley, MA and Elizabeth Hibbs (Andy) of Girdwood, AK.
