He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Smith and Clara Smith; his wife Irene Doris Cleveland; his son Alan; and his brother Delbert Wayne.
He is survived by: his daughter Pam (Edward) of Gunnison, CO; his grandchildren, Alan Christopher (Barbara), Sheila (Grant) of Birmingham, AL, Corbin (Alexis) of Littleton, CO, Bryce (Jessica) of St. Cloud, FL, Eddie of Colorado Springs, CO, Andy (Kendall) of Castle Rock, CO and Matt (Stephanie) of Gunnison, CO; and his great grandchildren, Thomas, Joshua, Jason, Jacob, Abby and Lilah. He is also survived by his family, friends.
