She was predeceased by: her parents, Mina Pauline Bodenhofer and Fred Jon Huber; her stepmother Anna Huber Hack; her stepsister Virginia Moore (Grant Dale Girard); her son-in-law Michael Earl Miller; and also Dale Ann Girard Shaft.

She is survived by: her mother-in-law Anna Borger; her husband Grant Dale Girard; her daughters, Dale Ann Girard and Janet Lee Miller; her grandchildren, Zachary Miller (Shanna), Avery Sophia and Callie Isabel Miller; her nephews, Larry, Grant and Mark Girard; her cousin Mary Ann Tucker; her niece Terry Muhn; her son-in-law Michael Shaft; and also Virginia.
