He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper, Sr. Bryant and Bertha Bryant (Cupp); and his siblings, Jasper Bryant, Jr., Raymond Bryant, Billy Bryant, William Bryant, Albert Bryant, Eugene Bryant, Gilbert Bryant, JC Bryant, Christine Chapman and Sue Bryant.
He is survived by: his children, Virginia Cowell of La Junta, CO and Chele Herrera of Minneapolis, MN; his sisters, Ruth Hines and Phyllis Bates; and his grandchildren, Angel Cowell, JoVonna Cram, Jacob Pattison, Monica Hamilton, Natasha Hamilton, Daniel Steele and Melbra Orr. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the La Junta Elks at 119 Colorado Ave.; La Junta, CO 81050 direct or through the funeral home.
