She was predeceased by: her parents, Obal Failing and Leda Mae Failing; her granddaughter Sommer Porter; and her siblings, Ed Failing, Earl Failing, Faye Templeton, Shirley Kerrigan and Rose Failing.
She is survived by: her spouse Leslie Horn; her daughters, Vickie Miller of Ft. Collins, Valerie Porter (Ron) of Springfield, Vonda Jones (Jerry) of Crestone, Vanessa Steed (Matt) of Colorado Springs and Verleen Karney (Kevin) of La Junta; her grandchildren, Clay Miller (AJ), Hayley Butler (Josh), Michaela Collins (Nick), Brian Porter, Kara Porter, Jesse Jones, Laura Gaeta (Dan), Lindsay Steed, Lacy Steed, Katelyn Luckett (Cade) and Aislyn Karney; her great grandchildren, Reese Porter, Lenora Butler, Sadie Butler and Georgie Miller; and her sister Bonnie Failing.
