We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2018, John Richard Eberly (La Junta, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Eberly and Glen Eberly; his niece Jonna King (Chip) of South Dakota; and his sisters, Glenna and Nadine.

He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Sheri Blackford (Rick) of Swink and Jerry Eberly (Laura) of Edmond, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Cole Smith of Las Animas, CO, Jonathan, Logan Eberly of Edmond, Matt, Crystal Blackford and Mollie Blackford of Pueblo; his great grandchildren, Jeremy Eberly of Edmond, Madison, Ryker, Sadie Blackford and Cayden Mueller of Pueblo; and his sister Barbara Franks (Ben) of Brighten, CO. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews along with his brothers and sisters-in-laws.
